Discussion

Agree The l and m keys are almost adjacent on my keyboard....

Sure it's not an OCR error? Looking at all the "bajo"s, I'm thinking it could be "alto"?

Could it be this?

anti–cyclic citrullinated antibodies (anti-CCP antibodies)

The release of PAD from dying cells citrullinates extracellular proteins that contain arginine. Production of anti–citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPAs), a category of antibodies to which the anti–cyclic citrullinated antibodies (anti-CCP antibodies) belong, depends on the genetic background of the patient. The reference range for anti-CCP antibodies is as follows:

Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide (anti-CCP) is widely used as as a marker, particularly for rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and may be positive in some diseases that also cause arthritis, such as systemic lupus erythematosus, familial Mediterranean fever, Behçet’s disease, and psoriatic arthritis.

On the contrary, anti-CarP was less common among patients with a positive lupus anticoagulant test (p = 0.012). Positive anti-CCP tests were inversely related to anti-La/SSB (p = 0.007). Smoking habits and HAQ score were not associated with anti-CCP, anti-CarP or RF.

I've just realised that I should have written 'anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide'.

agree Chema Nieto Castañón : Creo que sí; anticoag lúpico positivo (1.38 > 1.2); anti-CCP negativo (0.81 < 8)...
