Real Estate Agency/Rental Group
In the American English you would normally call it a Real Estate Agency. This is, after all, a group of people commissioned to find a certain type of real estate for someone. The term "rental group" is normally only used as a part of a company name, i.e. Jones Rental Group. Is there anything in your text that suggests that this "group" is not a normal real estate agency?

: There is also a group of people often referred to as propery/real estate (search) consultants. The idea of hiring one of those is that they shoudl scoot multiple realtors for EXACTLY what you want (and not whatever property the realtor wants to get rid of

You might well be right. That is also why I asked about the context.
