como si fuera entrepiso? Si es para andar sobre éste.
Si es sólo referido al espacio, simplemente pondría 'space between the ceiling and the roof'.

Comment: "Mi duda en cuanto a si loft es correcto es que no lo usan para guardar nada, es simplemente ese espacio, donde seguramente pasan conductos de ventilación"

ceiling void / space

In the case of a supermarket, if this is simply the space between the false ceiling and the structural roof, and is not designed to carry the structural loads required for a floor, i.e. it only contains air conditioning ductwork, electrical trunking, pipework, etc. - then it is known as the "ceiling void" or "ceiling space".
