2nd key holder
It is a person, a bank employee, who manages the 2nd key. The owner of the vault/safe, opens with his personal key, and the "sakljuc?ar" adds his 2nd key, or something like that. So, find the adeguate word in english, and kindly render it known here.

Budući da su u mom slučaju saključari dva službenika banke sa jednakim ovlašćenjima(istovremeno otključavaju trezor), utvrdio sam, po mom mišljenju, pravi termin - "dual keyholder". To enter a bank vault, or safe, where banknotes, securities, etc. are held, and which has usually two but sometimes even more keys, two persons are needed who are key-holders. Without two keys used simultaneously, it is impossible to open the vault. I do not know the proper Engslih equivalent, sorry, but that is what this means in Serbian.

Such a person is involved in normal bank treasury operation, not with personal safe-boxes. For instance, in my department, there are four such persons (two in each shift), without whom it is impossible to enter the vault to withdraw cash for transport and distribution to branch offices.
