I see no reason why "leviers" should not be "levers" in almost any context. The levers of power, the levers of politics, so why not the levers of knowledge economics (?) ? (it's the last bit that is the real problem AFAIAC).
I guess what it means is the tools, resources, means, clout, etc. one has at one's disposal for working on/in and rising to the top of "knowledge economics".

Google reveals that \"knowledge economics\" is an established concept, albeit new to me. Assuming your readers are familiar with the concept, I guess you could - depending on context - even say \"knowledge economics leverage\".
I guess what it means is the tools, resources, means, clout, etc. one has at one's disposal for working on/in and rising to the top of "knowledge economics".

why it is not levers: levers means CONTROL...the whole point in this marketing bumph drivel is what creates VALUE..what DRIVES IT..if this were an ACADEMIC setting...MAYBE...critical thought etc. but in business and marketing, they care about what \"drives value\"...not what levers CONTROl things..
