Hi everyone,
This is from a text based in the Abbasid era. I wanted to check how it would be translated in that historical context.
It is in a stone house of two floors, owned by a doctor. Does it just mean at the end of the hallway?
"توقف المعلم وأشار إلى يمينه في آخر البهو"
Thanks!

Hall
at the end of the hall
Inside there is a vaulted entrance hall, a central court, an iwan (hall) open to the court opposite the entrance hall, and residential units.

As nouns the difference between hallway and hall is that hallway is a corridor in a building that connects rooms while hall is a corridor; a hallway.
