SI vs Set Application Period
OL - Safety interval
AL - I usually use "Set Aopplication Period". If the “safety interval” or “pre-harvest interval” column contains this abbreviation rather than a specific number of days, the product is to be applied during the period set for application or at a certain development stage of the crop treated. Subject to compliance with the set requirements, the time between application and harvesting or consumption will be sufficiently long to ensure that no risk is posed to consumer health (source: http://www.agroporadenstvo.sk/ochrana/skratky.htm)

Discussion
Sometimes, for example, this is “21 days before harvest” (which is our PHI), but with certain products you will find, for instance, “restricted by crop stage”, “varies according to crop and situation”, and “variable depending on crop”. I think any of these three could be used for aplikační termín (in your specific case the first one), though a neat abbreviation seems to be out of the question.

"AT – ochranná lhůta je dána odstupem mezi termínem aplikace a sklizní
OL (ochranná lhůta) je dána počtem dnů, které je nutné dodržet mezi termínem poslední aplikace a sklizní. "
Jaký je rozdíl mezi OL a AT?
