Skill evaluated in student test.
11 year old student has taken tests for the purpose of secondary school program counseling. One test is "taalverzorging".
I don't think it is remedial language study, because the student was born in the Netherlands. I called it "language assistance", but this doesn't make real sense.
The other two subjects tested were reading and arithmetic.
I am pretty sure that taalverzorging is not simply "spoken language".

Taalverzorging
Met deze toets krijg je inzicht in de vaardigheid taalverzorging van jouw leerlingen, groep en school. Met Taalverzorging wordt Spelling niet-werkwoorden (groep 3 t/m 8), Spelling werkwoorden en Leestekens (groep 6 t/m 8) getoetst. Hierbij krijg je rapportages op categorieën voor Spelling. Alle onderdelen van Taalverzorging zijn zowel op papier als digitaal (adaptief) af te nemen. Bij Spelling niet-werkwoorden is er een doorgaande lijn met 3.0.
So maybe just Spelling?
The website also refers to "af te nemen" that links in to your other question. I.e. test sitting number as in you sit for an exam but this makes no sense in English. So maybe just test number.
