Is Huizinga pronounced hui-zing-a or hui-zin-ga?

I would say the latter is correct, but I'm not Frisian. So the boys and girls from the North will have their say.

You must stress all three syllables equally. I'm afraid Willemina may have confused you with the extra g. She is right, hough, don't put a pause between the n and g. Pronounce the "g" hard.

: I'm from the north and this is right. But make sure that you do not put a pause between the n and g because it souds more like hui-zing-ga.
