"Gëzuar Ditëlindjen" means literally "Happy Birthday". No need to say "to you" in Albanian language, (person is included within the verb). However, there is another expression, very traditional (U bëfsh 100 vjeç) which we use more often for a birthday wish. This expression (U bëfsh 100 vjeç) means: "May you become 100 years old".
