Reciprocial Confidentiality Agreement

11. Each party may disclose Confidential Information, including Confidential Samples, to its Affiliates who have agreed to be bound by conditions of confidentiality and non-use no less stringent than those of this Agreement.
12. Any party that discloses Confidential Information to its Affiliates shall be liable to the other party for breach of any confidentiality or non-use terms of this Agreement by any such Affiliates.
