During the Sales Meeting
Ask questions and find the customer’s pain points.
Address their pain points with hard hitting “compelling events.” Some examples are described in the next section.
Address any competitive issues.
Ask if they have any concerns (and address them).
Ask for an appointment for a technical meeting (demo, site survey, and so on).

effectivement la section suivante est intitulée "Compelling Events" avec 2 sous-sections : les "pain points" pour le client et les "address it" pour le vendeur.

J'allais faire la même remarque... les exemples permettront de trouver le générique le plus approprié (fait ? situation ? cas ?, etc.)
