Ah, je suis apparemment complètement à côté :) mais effectivement, s'il s'agit d'un texte marketing, difficile d'imaginer que l'entreprise fasse sa pub de cette manière ! J'ai répondu trop vite. Bonne soirée (il est apparemment temps de couper...)

The English is badly written. Usually "ground zero" is used to denominate a destructive event (e.g. the destruction of the World Trade Center). Obviously, the author for this text is trying to communicate that the customer service department is a very busy place where many good, constructive things happen for customers.

Of course, "point zéro"doesn't convey the notion. You're right to point this out.
But . . . perhaps it would be a favor to the client to let them know, gently, that they will need to provide better English in the future to assure themselves of better translations.
