Auriez-vous des idées de traduction pour "stale complaints" dans l'extrait suivant :
"To guard against stale complaints, applicants are required to submit their application to the European Court no more than six months from the time that they have exhausted their domestic remedies. This means, six months after the final decision domestically, or from the date of the event resulting in the violation, where there is no domestic remedy" ?

6. Selon l’article 35 § 1 de la Convention, la Cour ne peut être saisie qu’après épuisement préalable des voies de recours internes et dans un délai de six mois à compter de la date de la décision interne définitive. Une plainte qui ne respecte pas ces conditions de recevabilité ne pourra pas être examinée par la Cour.

: "Recours tardifs" ou "réclamations tardives", le deux sont bons. Mais d'un point de vue juridique, "recours" est de loin préférable.
