"Unlike soy protein, pea protein has a truly exceptional high degree of consumer acceptance. There are no dark clouds lingering like in the case for soy protein. This is clearly demonstrated by the great many (semi-moist) extruded meat analogs sold in Canada, U.S., Sweden and West Europe. Come to think of it, Sweden has almost entirely eliminated the use of soy protein in formulated meats."
