This is another term from the compressed air sector, context is as follows:
"X company can offer a 24 hour remote monitoring and control facility...& can give your Plant Engineers real-time monitoring and periodic detailed reports of performance, Using this facility we manage maintenance schedules and monitor the performance of contractors or in-house maintenance crews."
I am thinking of "Leistungsberichterstattung" or "Leistungsueberwachung", but I suspect that there may be more appropriate translations.

That's what I found in my dictionary. For "performance report" it says "Leistungsbericht" or "Soll-Ist-Vergleich", so I think your "Leistungsberichterstattung" would be fine, too.

In this context, "monitoring" would be the "Überwachung", while the reports seem to indicate some sort of print version maybe. "Berichte" is the best term here, being used in other such areas as well.
