Kraft = braunes Hartpapier
more often just referred to as "Kraftpapier" in German.
The combination with textile pleating is new for me (and I come out of the printing industry). So I am gfuessing that this is a kraft paper that is backed with textile and formed in pleats pleats. The only place I have ever seen such paper being used is with light shades.
It would be quite strong and maybe is also used for packaging.

I'm not sure if this is the right answer.
'mit Fasern verwobenes Papier' sounds more like it. Or 'starkes Faserpapier'.
