Dear Colleagues,
We are translating a legal document, and we are finding it difficult to read one particular page. This page can be seen here:

This page has 4 paragraphs, all are same except date. Please help in reading the text so that we can translate it properly. If you can read, or whatever part you can read, please write that either in Hindi or in English.
