English term
Happy mad campers
English to Latin
Art/Literary
General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters
Going on a camping holiday with some friends and some bright spark suggested getting T.Shirts printed with a slogan on in Latin (some sort of team bonding thing)!
They've come up with 'Happy Mad Campers' which apparently (according to the oracle which is google translate haha) translates to 'beatus demens castra'.
However, before spending a long weekend with that on the back of my t.shirt I was hoping that someone who actually knows Latin may be able to confirm/correct the translation for me to prevent any possible embarasment.
Thanks for your help!
