You need to frame your question more clearly, i.e. using an unambiguous grammatical term. What exactly do you mean by first name? Are you referring to the first person pronoun - I?

'Saya' is mostly use as a polite way of referring to oneself. 'Aku' on the other hand can be use when referring to onself with people close to them.
