This was a flash filling hemangioma which is hypervascular but under transitional phase you can see it's hypointense.

I want to show you two hypervascular lesions. So what do we do? We directly go to the hepatobiliary phase image and the bigger one is a focal nodular hyperplasia and the other one was a flash filling hemangioma. So we were able to put the diagnosis very confidently.
