По рисункам в тексте даже понятно, что это за часть поезда, однако, не ясно, как это называют русские специалисты (гармошка между вагонами - но не тамбур (vestibule), тамбур - это то что внутри этой гармошки):

The flat heads of vehicles are connected with one another by means of a watertight Articulation Section, made up of the semi-permanent coupler, an articulation section frame and a bellow which protects the interior from noise coming from outside.
The Articulation Section constitutes the flexible part of the vehicle, which allows the relative movements between coupled vehicles and assures a safe and comfortable passage from a vehicle to the next one.
