Postavio sam ti tri pitanja, zar neces da odgovoris na njih?
I would rather say like this, especially as Serbs do not use infinitives, but tend to substitute the present tense for them. Therefore we would not say "zar neces odgovoriti?", but "zar neces da odgovoris?"

ask a question = postaviti pitanje
"Postaviti pitanje" literally means "to pose a question". (In other words, in Serbian language, questions are not asked but posed.)
Translation of your sentence:
Postavio sam ti 3 pitanja, zar mi neces odgovoriti (na njih)?
Translated back into English it reads:
I posed you 3 questions, aren´t you going to answer (them)?
Seems sad indeed. But you seem like it.
The best of luck.
