contract
This is a severance agreement. It says: "...You voluntarily release ...according to statutes...as amended, including but not limited to claims for breach of contract, personal injuries or tort-like claims."
I think "tort" is "agravio" among other translations, but I have no clue how to translate "tort-like claims".
Desde ya, muchas gracias!!

I think this phrase was intended as a non-specific avoidance of legal action that would require financial compensation. Perhaps rather than being as specific as the other (excellent) Answers, we could suggest leaving it non-specific.
One of the main ingredients in a tort is that it is always the starting point for a lawsuit in which financial indemnity is demanded.
My idea on the query term.
