This is of course using the term to describe an environment where ideas and information are freely exchanged, such as in a incubator or university.
But "knowledge environment"seems a bit stilted of a phrase - any suggestions for a different more natural sounding term for it?

I have translated many an IT text in my day, and knowledge environment is quite common. I see no reason to change it.
