at turn-out

English Medical Livestock / Animal Husbandry anthelmintic
Document : SPC for an anthelmintic
Sentence : "Due to the long-lasting protection against Dictyocaulus viviparus and the stomach worms, Ostertagia ostertagi and Haemonchus placei, a single treatment with the formulation at turn-out helps control parasitic bronchitis (lungworm) and parasitic gastro- enteritis throughout the grazing season by reducing the build-up of infective larvae on pasture associated with these parasites. "
Is it when the animals go back to pastures after winter ?

agree Bashiqa : You know when the cows have just been turned out as they go beserk in the fields, jumping, running and playing, not necessarily in that order.
