In un bilancio ho trovato questa frase. Si sta parlando delle conseguenze del rinnovo del contratto di lavoro e poi si dice:
"Il contratto supera il preesistente IMPIANTO PUBBLICISTICO cogliendo le opportunità derivanti dalle novità introdotte dalla legislazione del lavoro"
Per "impianto pubblicistico" si intende il contratto vecchio, ma che espressione è??? In che senso si usa pubblicistico in questo caso? Come lo tradurreste voi?

I remember that there is an exact match in English, it means that it replaces, takes up legal value instead of the previous (which is therefore understood to be no longer valid), but not found in common dictionaries. secondo me impianto pubblicistico non significa il preesistente contratto, ma la precedente legislazione sul lavoro (rigida), che è stata superata dalla nuova (più elastica), che quindi offre maggiori possibilità ecc.

Il verbo che cercavi è "supercede".
Non si trova nel vocabolario ma in fondo al mio cervello oramai cotto a puntino e sono dovuta andare alla riceca in rete proprio perchè neanche Grande Sansoni lo riporta...comunque ecco un esempio...
