dynamic kinematic envelope
The dynamic kinematic envelope is the operational envelope which the rolling stock will occupy. Obviously no trackside objects/obstacles can be placed within the DKE or the rolling stock will collide with them. This seems to be what the JBV definition is describing.
Any definitions I find of RSZ, seem to suggest this is a much more extensive zone, more related to adjacent works, so I don't believe that is the correct term.
