Już od czasu wprowadzenia do polskiego prawa karnego przestępstwa określonego w art. 4 § 1 ustawie z dnia 12 października 1994 r. o ochronie obrotu gospodarczego i zmianie niektórych przepisów prawa karnego (Dz.
