Usaram a palavra "encasing" para encaixe no site de origem do documento http://www.razek.com.br/razek/Pagina.do?idSecao=38&idProduto... más não acho certo. Será que posso usar "shank"?

Discussion
Definition : Surgical burs designed to excavate, perforate, reshape, and/or excise fragments of bone usually during orthopedic procedures, including podiatric surgery. These burs typically consist of a shank made of steel or tungsten carbide with a well-differentiated working head (sometimes with bound diamond chips) in a variety of sizes and shapes (e.g., round, cylinder, inverted cone, pear) on the distal end; a tapered, notched, or elongated proximal end to fit into the rotary device; and a neck that connects the shank to the working part. Dedicated bone burs are available for many different uses, including shaping bones for prosthetic procedures and cranial perforation before intracranial surgery and/or biopsy. They are intended for reuse after sterilization but disposable (single use burs are also available).
