Discussion
Also, the whole of "ekspert u mešetarskoj snishodljivosti" or at least "mešetarska snishodljivost" should be translated together as a whole.
BTW "mešetar" in its neutral meaning is simply a middleman / an intermediary.
Used pejoratively, it's a dodgy middlemen - one who couldn't care less about the interests of any of the parties at both ends of the deal.
A bit like your run-of-the-mill translation agency (couldn't resist to add that one).
Given previous questions from the same text, this would be about a dodgy go-between involved in negotiating political alliances.
