This is a power of attorney from the Dominican Republic. The sentence reads as follows: "...ante mí, XXXX [name of attorney], dominicano, mayor de edad, de estado civil casado, titular de la cédula XXXX, de este domicilio y residencia, abogado y notario de los del número para el municipio y provincia de Barahona..." Could it be something like "registered notary for?" Thanks to all for any help you can give.
