What is the translation of "contrato de plazo acordado"?

Here is the sentence where it appears:
"...después generamos un contrato de plazo acordado con el cliente, donde vamos acompañando el proceso de negocio, donde lo vamos asesorando en como ese negocio debería ir evolucionando y participamos con un porcentaje también pre acordado de los beneficios que genera la plataforma".
