Spanish term

imperatividad de lo societario

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general)
It's a text about Commercial Law:

SCHILLER, en el derecho francés del siglo XXI, parte de la base de la insuficiencia de los criterios de pertenencia al orden público.De esta forma se va pasando de la *imperatividad de lo societario* al orden público del mercado de valores.

If anyone could help me with this term, I'd greatly appreciate it, thanks!

Peer comment(s):

disagree Carl Stoll : "societario" means "corporate" not "business".It's abot legal form, not the activity conducted

agree Adrian MM. (X) : Schiller + Kant actually wrote about the 'categoric imperative' but never mind.

the source term leaves a broad margin for interpretation ; the ùse of the word "corporate" in any case is indispensable, everything else is personal interpretation. If you were sure of yours, you would have chose a higher confidence level.
