"Repeals"

The above is the way derogatory or repealing provisions are called in British acts of Parliament. If you are translating for the US, Canada, Australia, etc. you should consult US statute law for the country involved.
The above suggestion (i.e. "Repeals") was taken from the Las of Property Act 1925, but there are hundreds, may be thousands of examples in English law
(Cf. Scanell, E.H. Property Law Handbook. London: Butterworths, 1998.
There is an example of "Repealing provision" in the site of the Banco de España (see URL below) but is is a translation into English of a Spanish Act of Parliament. In the same document you can find further information for your project (however, do not take "transitory provision," which should be "transitional provision").

Disposición Derogatoria

Sole resolution to repeal/abrogate/abolish

2 hrs

Sole abrogative/repealing/derogatory/annuling regulation/provision

You did not include a lot of context. However, a synonym of derogatorio is revocatirio.

disposición sucesoria = settlement of an estate
disposición testamentaria = testamentary disposition/devise
disposiciones = provisions/laws/byelaws

I would go with "sole repealing provision"

Hope this helps,
