En una carta que un abogado envía a una empresa reclamando que se le haya descontado un porcentaje de las comisiones a su cliente, a pesar de que la empresa que hace el descuento, le debe una cantidad de dinero correspondiente a la nacionalización y destrucción de un cargamento de un fármaco:
"Nuevamente le remito a XXX el Certificado de Destrucción y la respectiva factura, el cual esperamos sea la última vez que se nos requiere esta documentación, tomando en cuenta XXX acordó su pago y se había enviado esta documentación para se proceda de inmediato al reembolso tanto del pago efectuado por la adquisición de la materia prima, como de los **gastos ocasionados por aduana y su nacionalización**, así como por su respectiva destrucción."
Para nacionalización tengo "clearance through customs". ¿Cómo debería traducir "aduana" aquí entonces?
El documento proviene de Venezuela y el país destino es la India.
