En todo caso, el contexto específico resulta básico, Reed.

El valor crítico entre normal/anormal de FLC (cadenas ligeras libres) se sitúa en el orden de los 3 g/dl, con lo que las unidades no coinciden.

Sin embargo, los valores sí se corresponderían con los de la (concentración de) hemoglobina corpuscular media (MHCH en inglés, CHCM en castellano), tal y como sugiere liz:

MCHC (mean cellular haemoglobine concentration)
MCHC 33 –36 g/dl
