Spanish term
erosionadores
Spanish to English
Social Sciences
Psychology
Interpersonal communication
In a section about building trust within a larger text on interpersonal communication. We even get a definition:
"erosionadores, es decir, comportamientos que pueden dañar [la autoestima] a la otra persona"
Of course, I can get round the problem with an explanation, but does anyone know if there is a specific equivalent to the term as used in this context?

: I´m not sure about "social", but undermining (patterns/factors) is what I would use here.

Thank you, Toni. The answer you like was my first thought, until I actually found the technical definition. I agree that "social" may not be necessary here.

Psych is not my specialty, but I think this is in the right neighborhood.
