En otras organizaciones utilizan A-4 o B-4 si es una Brigada o Batallón. Tu tarea consiste en preguntar que siglas utilizan, salvo que alguien con claridad lo sustente. No contesto pues desconozco la sigla pero te doy una idea de la respuesta.

Es saber cuál sigla utilizan las "Peruvian Armed Forces" a ese nivel para designar a sus miembros del Estado Mayor. Podría ser "S-4 Peruvian Armed Forces" y ya se sabe que es el Comandante de Material de las Fuerzas Armadas del Perú...

Se trata simplemente de un cargo de Estado Mayor. La palabra "materiel" no se acostumbra. El 1 es personal, el 2 inteligencia, el 3 operaciones, el 4 material, el 5 operaciones sicológicas. Luego la respuesta es simple pero le falta un detalle...

agree Edmundo Chaparro-Barriguete : In US Armed Forces this is usually at the level of a Sargeant. So Supply Sargeant would also work, but supply commander is definitely accurate. :-)
