A "pared" is a "one-two" (I spent a year shouting "un-dos, UN-DOS!!" before I learnt why nobody returned the ball, i.e. that in Spanish it is called "pared".
"pase y va" is not exactly a "one-two" but it means to pass ("give") and then move ("go") to look for space and receive the ball again (probably immediately and therefore it would be a "one-two"). This can be difficult to defend but is an age old move so defenders usually read it quite well. Barcelona, however, are masters of triangulation and "tici-taca" - instead of a "one-two" the ball is in constant motion with players touching once and passing - more like "one-three-two-four-two-one-three-four-five-two-one......." ;@)

The player in possession of the ball plays a pass to a teammate and then immediately seeks to move into space. When the ball is played by the receiving player immediately back to the first player this is known as a *********'One-Two'****** (in British parlance).
