Swedish to English Tech/Engineering IT (Information Technology) Electronic submissions

The "xxx" stands for the name of the service/company.

tyda.se tells me that the English translation is "notariate", but I'm having a very hard time finding examples of that word in English, or finding out what it might mean.

Does anyone have either a good definition of "notariate", or a better, more common word for the same thing?
