Ringworm
"Ringworm", a disease of the skin caused by a threadlike fungi, is, for unknown reasons, in the Swedish language of today called "revorm" in humans and "ringorm" in animals. 50 years it was called "ringorm" in humans too. "Ringorm" and "revorm" involve the same specie of fungus and is consequently transferable between man and beast. Cortizone does not cure. Fungicides do.
