Urgent help required to convert a PDF to Word

Hello,
Can anybody please help to quickly convert a large PDF to a proper Word file. Source language German. I don't mind paying a small fee for a decent conversion if necessary.

later on this evening if you can't find anyone else. I have Abbyy FineReader. It's worth buying if you regularly have these requirements. I think it cost me less than €70.
Anyway, if you like, you can email it to me and I'll convert it and send it back to you as a favour

Undoubtedly a very good service (didn't know it but it seems like www.pdftoword.com, operated by Nitro), but I have stopped using web-based PDF-to word conversion services because of possible breaches of confidentiality. After all, one never knows who sees the documents...
