( )' €29.7 bn GBV NCRE portfolio is composed mainly of 80 thousand Real Estate Owned (REOs) assets (52% in GBV terms) and Real Estate Non-Performing LOans (RE NPL) (41%). As of March 31 st 2017, ( ) had €13.2 bn in provisions (44.6% coverage ratio), resulting a NCRE NET Book VAlue (NBV) of €16.4bn.
To obtain target returns we believe tha acquisition price of the portfolio shoud be € 9.6 bn for a GBV portfolio (72%discount).These levels imply a €6.8bn shortfall vs ( )'s March 31st 2017 NBV.

29 700 M€ de VBC de una cartera de valores de activos inmobiliarios no esenciales de ( ) se compone principalmente de 80 mil de bienes inmuebles en propiedad (REOs), activos (un 52 % en términos de VBC) y préstamos dudosos inmobiliarios (un 41 %). A partir del 31 de marzo de 2017, ( ) tenía 13 200 M€ en provisiones (un 44.6 % de ratio de cobertura), resultando un valor neto contable (VNC) de activos inmobiliarios no esenciales de 16 400 M€.

Texte source - anglais Having considered the European Arrest Warrant, the High Court respectfully requests that you . address the following matters:
l . Offences described as 'assaulting an officer of the law' and 'causing injuries' have been inserted amongst the 'ticked box' criteria contained at Part E I of the European Arrest Warrant. These Offences are not in the list of offences set out in Article 2.2 of the Framework Decision. In light of this, please confirm vvhether these offences were inserted in Part E I as a result of an error. If not, please state the reason for their insertion.
2. Please state the purpose of for which the Respondent is sought.
3. If the Respondent is sought for the purpose of serving a sentence, please provide full details of the sentence, to include the length of the sentence imposed.
4. Part D of the European Arrest Warrant indicates that the Respondent did not appear in person at the trial resulting in the decision.
Please confirrn whether the decision referred to in Part D is the ruling of I l November 2020; •
If the decision referred to in Part D resulted in the conviction of the Respondent or the imposition of a sentence, please state when and how the Respondent was summonsed and thereby informed of the scheduled date and place of the trial which resulted in the decision and was informed that a decision may be handed down if he did not appear at the trial.
5. Please confirm the maximum sentencé which may be imposed in respect of the offences referred to in the warrant?
6. In paragraph e) of the warrant, it is stated that the Respondent is accused of making an intimidating gesture to Officer 94665 insinuating that he was going to slit his throat, thereby challenging the principle of authority. Please confirrn whether this conduct is provided by way of background information, or whether it forms the basis of a separate charge (aside from the charge relating to the offence of causing injuries and the charge relating to the offence of assaulting an officer of the law).
You are kindly requested to submit your response by 7 February 2022.
Traduction - espagnol Habiendo examinado la orden de detención europea, el Tribunal Superior le solicita respetuosamente que aborde las siguientes cuestiones:
1. Los delitos descritos como “agredir a un agente de la ley” y “causar lesiones” se han insertado entre los criterios de las “casillas marcadas” que figuran en la parte E I de la orden de detención europea. Estos delitos no figuran en la lista de delitos establecida en el artículo 2.2 de la Decisión Marco. Así pues, por favor confirme si estos delitos se insertaron en la parte E I debido a un error. En caso negativo, indique la razón de su inserción.
2. Por favor indique a efectos de qué se busca al demandado.
3. Si se busca al demandado a los efectos de que cumpla una condena, por favor indique la información completa de la sentencia, para incluir la duración de la pena impuesta.
4. La parte D de la orden de detención europea indica que el demandado no compareció personalmente en el juicio que dio lugar a la resolución judicial.
(i) Por favor confirme si la resolución judicial referida a la parte D es la sentencia del 11 de noviembre de 2020;

En el apartado e) de la orden, se afirma que se acusa al demandado de realizar un gesto intimidatorio al agente 94665 al insinuar que le iba a degollar, y desafiar por consiguiente el principio de autoridad. Por favor, confirme si esta conducta se proporciona como información de referencia, o si constituye la base una acusación separada (al margen de la acusación por el delito de lesiones y de la acusación por el delito de agredir a un agente de la ley).

I am working as a self-employer professional translator, interpreter and proof-reader specialised in legal, financial and economical translation since 2015. From 1999 until 2015 I worked in different banks as Office Manager.
I studied a four-year degree in Translation and Interpreting at University of Vic in Spain and I studied a five-year degree in Economics and Business Sciences at University of Vigo in Spain. I studied different postgraduate courses in Financial Advice, in Financial Markets and a Master in Tourism Administration (MTA).
My daily word output is around 3500 words. I work with computer assisted translation tools like Trados 2022 and other translations tools.
