Umělecké dílo a jeho význam jsou vyjednávány v každém sociálním aktu a jsou tedy utvářeny jako součást určitého kulturního regionu. Kulturu chápeme jako proměnlivý sociální konstrukt, jako nehierarchický a komplexní „hypertext“, jehož znaky jsou nestálost a otevřenost daná proměnlivým kontextem vyvozeným z jeho sociálních a komunikačních funkcí. Jedná se o aktivně přetvářený systém znaků v procesu označování. Na konkrétním díle Entropa Davida Černého se text zabývá zkoumáním sociálních, politických a kulturních vazeb, které odhalují problematické vnímání národní identity v různých sociálních vrstvách v době artikulování společného evropského regionu. Dokladuje význam kontextu, výkladového rámce, který se spolupodílí na významu díla a odkrývá společenské modely chování a ustálené stereotypy interpretací.
...Například Belgii zastupuje vyjedená bomboniera. V denotační vrstvě významu jsme jednoznačně poznali bombonieru a bombony. Jedná se o dílo, jehož vtip sestává z vysoké dávky doslovnosti v denotaci – vysoké poznatelnosti, záměrné jednoznačnosti, přesto se nejedná o banální popis. Je toho dosaženo výběrem. Byly vybrány totiž velmi překvapivé atributy pro reprezentaci země. Proto inovativnost není v mnohoznačnosti znázorňovaného, ale ve výběru. Metafora se odehrává až za denotační vrstvou, totiž ve chvíli, kdy srovnáváme politické a hospodářské poměry Belgie s vyjedenou bombonierou, což jsou informace „z hlavy“ poučeného Evropana, a je tak využit aktivní potenciál vnímatele, což jsou obvyklé strategie umění 20. a 21. století.
Translation - English Annotation:
Artwork and its meaning are agreed upon in every social act and, therefore, develop as a part of a certain cultural region. Culture is understood as a variable social construct, a non-hierarchical and complex “hypertext“ whose features are instability and openness caused by a variable context derived from its social and communicative functions. It is a system of features, actively transformed during a designation process. On a concrete example of the Etropa installation by David Černý, the article studies the social, political and cultural relationships which uncover the problematic perception of national identity by various social groups in the time of formation of a joint European region. The article illustrates the importance of context – an interpretative framework, which codetermines the meaning of an artwork and uncovers behavioral models of society as well as stereotypical interpretations.
...For example, Belgium is presented as a half-full box of half-eaten Praline chocolates. In the denotative layer we clearly recognize a box of chocolates and Pralines. The humor of this piece is in its highly literal denotation – a high recognizability, intentional explicitness. In spite of this, it is not a banal description. Černý chose very surprising attributes to represent this country. Hence, the innovativeness is not in the ambiguity of the depicted, but in the choice. The metaphor is hidden behind the denotative layer and is revealed when we compare the political and economic situation in Belgium to a half-full box of half-eaten Praline chocolates. This information comes from the “head“ of a knowledgeable European and so the active potential of the viewer is used. This is a strategy commonly used in art of the 20th and 21st centuries.

pro VŠ učitele v akademickém roce 2008/09
Během svého studia a opakovaných stáží na Univerzitě Lipsko v SRN jsem se seznámila s několika mongolskými germanisty. Takto jsem získala kontakt na paní Naraa Ganjurjav, která je absolventkou Univerzity Lipsko a nyní působí na katedře německého jazyka a literatury na Národní mongolské univerzitě v Ulanbátaru. Díky ní jsem navázala kontakt s její katedrou. Mongolští kolegové projevili zájem o to, abych v akademickém roce 2008/09 (březen/duben 2009) přijela na jejich katedru v rámci smlouvy mezi českým a mongolským ministerstvem školství o výměně vysokoškolských pedagogů.
Mongolským kolegům jsem nabídla přednášku a blokový seminář na zatím blíže nespecifikované téma, které by souviselo se zaměřením mé publikační, vědecké a pedagogické činnosti (lexikologie a frazeologie současné němčiny se zvláštním zřetelem na otázky didaktiky frazeologie a využití multimediálních pomůcek při její výuce).
S pomocí německé lektorky na tamější katedře německého jazyka a literatura bych plánovanou blokovou výuku chtěla připravit tak, aby co nejlépe odpovídala potřebám mongolských studentů germanistiky.
Kromě toho bych mongolské kolegy chtěla seznámit s koncepcí a obsahem studia germanistiky na naší univerzitě po strukturalizaci studijních programů a s vědeckou činností na naší katedře. Dalším cílem tohoto pobytu je hospitování ve výuce mongolských kolegů a německé lektorky a seznámení se s mongolským vysokým školstvím.

for university teachers in the academic year 2008/09
During my studies and repeated internships in Leipzig, Germany, I became acquainted with a few Mongolian Germanists. That is how I got the contact for Mrs. Naraa Ganjurjav, an alumna of the Leipzig University who now works at the Department of German Language and Literature at the National Mongolian University in Ulaanbaatar. Thanks to her, I established contact with her department. Our Mongolian colleagues took interest in my coming to their department in academic year 2008/09 (March/April 2009) on grounds of the agreement between the Czech and Mongolian Ministeries of Education, on the exchange of university teachers.I offered the Mongolian colleagues a lecture and a block seminar on a yet unspecified topic, which would correspond with my publicational, scholastic and pedagogical activities (lexicology, phraseology of contemporary German with special reference to questions of didactics of phraseology and the use of multimedia aids in teaching.
With the help of a German lecturer at the local Department of German Language and Literature, I would like to prepare the block seminar so that it would correspond as closely as possible with the needs of Mongolian students of Germanistics.
Furthermore, I would like to acquaint my Monglian colleagues with the concept and contents of the study of Germanistics at our university after the study program structuralization and also with the scientific activities at our department.
Other objectives of this stay are inspections in the classes of the Mongolian colleagues and the German lecturer as well as familiarization with the Mongolian university education.
