December Dec 20, 2010

Just when I gave up hope and turned to happier things such as Christmas shopping, cooking, decorating... work came rolling in..
I don't mind, I just hope I'll get everything done by the 24th.

Summer! As I'm also a tourist guide.
But now I'm also having really hard time. Have been working without days-off for about 2 weeks already.

From September-December Dec 21, 2010

I've been working on a continuing project since September and got some of my biggest projects of the year since about that time. The summer was completely dead, but it was also quite busy just before the summer as well, so I was glad to have some time off. So I would say September-December and in second place, April-June.
As of today, I am officially on vacation!

Since August Dec 25, 2010

Things were slow the first 7 months of 2010, but since August business has been booming.

Most years, the one week I can count on being swamped with work is the last week of December. Since most translators in my language pairs celebrate Xmas, there's lots of work available for those of us who don't.
