My business plan is in my head. It is quite flexible and has changed over the years according to the market needs and my own circumstances. No need to write it down. It consists essentially on “Translate, keep your clients happy and attract more prospects”. | | | expressisverbis Portugal Local time: 18:07 Member (2015) English to Portuguese + ... [Edited at 2022-08-10 09:23 GMT] I actually have a recognised qualification in Business Planning. I used to have a Business Plan when I was practising as an architect. I said no, because for me a business plan is what you show the bank in order to convince them that your plans are serious and worth being lent money for. Other than that, my plan for my business is to provide the best possible work, delivered in a timely manner, for clients who send me the kind of jobs I do well. | | | To report site rules violations or get help, contact a site moderator: You can also contact site staff by submitting a support request » Poll: I have a written business plan.
