Source text - Arabic دور الكنائس الفلسطينية في إحلال السلم الأهلي والتنمية المجتمعية في فلسطين في الفترة ما بين 1987-2017. مراجعة نقدية للنماذج والتأثير.
في المقابل يمكن فهم مصطلح الكنيسة بالمعنى العضوي، أي أنها جماعة المؤمنين، أعضاء مشتركين معاً في جسد المسيح وهم معاً يشكلون جسد المسيح أي الكنيسة. الفرق بين المصطلحين هو أن الكنيسة العضوية هي المكون لجسم الكنيسة المؤسسة. أما الكنيسة المؤسسة فهي إدارة شؤون هذا الجسم من الناحية الروحية ومرجعتيه. أما الكنيسة العضوية فهي جماعة أو مجموعة من المؤمنين وليس جمعية أو مؤسسة. ففيها كل فرد يأخذ القرارات بموجب إدراكه وحريته الشخصية الفردية وليس بناءً على قرار جماعي كما هو الحال في الكنيسة المؤسسة حيث يؤخذ القرار بالمجامع المقدسة أو الأجسام القانونية التي تمثل تلك الكنائس والمؤسسات. فكل مؤمن هو شخص له كيانه الاعتباري داخل الكنيسة وله هدف في الحياة وله رسالة في خطة الله، كل شخص له مهنة وعمل في الحياة ورسالة فبإمكانه أن يكون نجار أو معلم أو مهندس أو طبيب أو سياسي أو أي مهنة أخرى تحقق له ذاته بالإضافة إلى رسالته كمؤمن مسيحي.
بعد أن أوضحنا الفرق بين الكنيسة المؤسسة والكنيسة العضوية علينا الآن التمييز بين عمل الكنيسة أي العمل الذي يقوم به الشخص المسيحي الموظف في الكنيسة المؤسسة، وبين ذلك العمل الذي يقوم به المسيحي شخصياً باعتبار ذلك العمل هو ضمن خضوع الشخص للرب أي لإيمانه.
Translation - English On the other hand, the concept of the Church can be seen in a partnership sense, that is, the group of believers, members who are joined together in the body of Christ, the Church. The difference between the two terms is that the partnership Church is the core of the Church's organizational body. The organizational Church is the spiritual administration of this body and its guidelines. The partnership Church is a group of believers, not an association or organization. In the partnership-Church, every individual takes decisions according to their own personal knowledge and freedom rather than on a collective decision as in the organizational Church where the councils or the legal bodies representing those churches and organizations take the decision. Every believer is a person who has a legal entity within the Church, has a purpose in life, and has a message in the plan of God. Every person has a career and work in life as well as a mission. One can be a carpenter, teacher, engineer, doctor, politician or of any other profession that in which one achieves self-realization and accomplishes their mission as a Christian believer.
Having clarified the difference between the organizational-Church and the Partnership-Church, we now have to distinguish the Church work carried out by the Christian employee 'Cleric' in the organizational Church, and that carried out by the Christian believer whose work is a subordination to the Lord, i.e. faith.

اتهم الدين في كثير من الأحيان انه سبب الإرهاب و العنف. هذه الاتهامات موثقة في خطابات دينية استخدمت قديماً و ماتزال تستخدم اليوم من قبل رجالات الدين خاصة هؤلاء المنخرطون في صراعات سياسية أو اجتماعية دينية. فالصراعات المسلحة التي يكون الدين أحد حججها كثرت في القرن العشرين خاصة. خذ مثلاً الصراعات في شمال إيرلندا ، البلقان، سيرلانكا، انديا، نيجيريا، السودان والفيليبين غيرها من المناطق.. التي تسعى فيها جماعات عرقية و دينية اثنية إلى السيطرة على مصادر الحكم و الدولة و المال من خلال إقصاء الآخرين.
أما الدين حقيقةً فهو ذلك النظام الذي يرتب العلاقات بين الناس في المجتمع مع بعضهم البعض ويرسم علاقاتهم مع خالقهم ويحدد أخلاقياتهم ومعتقداتهم. الدين موجود قبل تأسيس الدول حتى منذ العصور القديمة. قبل الفي بدأت الدولة تتلون بالدين واخذ الدين أهمية سياسية. فاختيار الدولة لدين هو بالأساس لمصالح وحسابات سياسية تتشابك وتتقاطع فيها مصالح الساسة في الحكومة والسادة في قطاع الدين. . مما ينتج عنه هذا التلاحم في المصالح يكون الدين ممر لسياسات الحكومة وميسر لها. على سبيل المثال، هذا هو حال الأمر المسير للحروب الصليبية على بلاد المشرق وهو أيضا حال أوروبا في العصور الوسطى. حيث استغل الملوك رجال الدين لتمرير سياساتهم وتثبيت عروشهم وبنفس الوقت استغل الدين رجال السياسية والقوة لتدعم تثبيت المعتقد الديني. الأمر متقارب مع مجريات الأحداث الأولية في تأسيس الحركة الصهيونية حيث تمازجت الصهيونية اليهودية مع الصهيونية المسيحية تحت إطار سياسي كولونيالي إحلالي. استغلال الدين من قبل المستعمرين والرأسماليين أصبح امرٌ مفضوح.
Translation - English State and Religion Relation (Secularism):
Religion has often been blamed for terrorism and violence. These accusations are seen in religious speeches used in ancient times and still used by Clerics especially those involved in political or social-religious conflicts. Religion has been used as a pretext of armed conflicts, especially in the twentieth century. Take conflicts in Northern Ireland, the Balkans, Sri Lanka, India, Nigeria, Sudan and the Philippines as an example of ethnic and religious ethnic groups seeking to control the government, state and money sources by excluding others.
Religion, in fact, is the system that organizes community members’ relationships with one another, draws their relationships with their Creator and determines their morals and beliefs. Religion existed before the state even since ancient times. It was almost 2000 years ago when the state and religion first connected and religion was politicalized. States’ adoption of a religion is mainly for the interests and political accounts of governments’ politicians and religious leaders and masters interests intertwined and intersected. Resulting in this confluence and convergence of interests where religion is a facilitator of government policies. For example, this is the case for the Crusades of the Levant, and is also the case of Europe in the Middle Ages. Where kings utilized the clergy to pass their policies, reinforce, and strengthen their thrones. At the same time, the religion ‘the clergy’ took advantage of political men and influential people to support the stabilization of their religious belief. It is almost the same regarding the initial events founding of the Zionist movement where Jewish Zionism merged with Christian Zionism under an existing colonial political framework. Colonists and the capitalists' exploitation of religion have become crystal-clear.

Source text - Arabic تعرضت مصادر المیاه الفلسطینیة إلى كثیر من الانتھاكات من ِقبل الجانب الإسرائیلي ، تلك الانتھاكات التي لم تحظ بالقدر الكافي من الاھتمام، من الساسة الفلسطینیین بشكل عام، والمفاوضین منھم بشكل خاص تحديدا قبل وأثناء توقيع إتفاقية المياه الفلسطينية الإسرائيلية كجزء من إتفاقية أوسلو ، بما یتناسب مع الأھمیة الكبیرة لموضوع المیاه للشعب الفلسطيني، ابتداء ً كسبب للحیاة نفسھا، وانتھا ًء بالدور الحیوي الذي تلعبه المیاه في البناء والتنمیة لدولة الفلسطينية وتحاول ھذه الدراسة إلقاء الضوء على الأبعاد لقانونیة لتوقيع تلك الإتفاقية ومناقشة الآثار المترتبة على الانتھاكات الإسرائيلية للقوانين الدولية الناظمة للحقوق المائية والمرتبة للمسؤولية الدولية عن الإنتهاكات التي تحدث للحقوق المائية الفلسطينية الممنوحة لها بموجب القانون الدولي وبموجب الاتفاقية الثنائية الموقعة بين الأطراف .
Translation - English Palestinian water sources have been subjected to many violations by the Israeli side. Palestinian politicians in general and negotiators in particular have not given sufficient attention to these violations prior to and during the signing of the Palestinian-Israeli Water Agreement as part of the Oslo Accords. The water agreement has not been given due consideration that is even close to the importance of water to the Palestinian people, a reason for life itself and a vital element for the construction and development of the Palestinian state. This study attempts to shed light on the political and legal dimensions of the signing of this agreement and the implications of the violations of the international laws governing water rights. Thus, the international responsibility for the violations of international law and rights and Palestinian water rights granted under the international law and under the bilateral agreement signed between Israel and Palestine.
