How different is the Arabic spoken in Algeria, as opposed to Fusha?

What are some main differences, and if somebody could provide some examples I would truly appreciate it, as I'm very interested in al-Lughtil Jazairi.

Algeria is a well known case of diglossia , where the standard language differs from the dialect used everyday.
sometimes it's hard ,even, for algerian to guess what a word means. the differences are not just a matter of pronounciation or intonation only but the vocabulary is so different between areas from the dialect of the East which sounds like Tunisian to the West which sounds like that in Marroco.
