ASCII and Cambodian capatibility

Hello all, just wanted to check to see if anyone could help with my dilema. In using ASCII , does anyone know if it supports the Cambodian characters? I have tried to save out the file using save as - txt - ASCII US but the font still appears corrupted. The text needs to go onto a website and thus far, I am having no luck. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
